Mental Health and Dual Diagnosis
“Every day, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to be alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others; to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. I am going to have kind thoughts towards others, I am not going to get angry or think badly about others. I am going to benefit others as much as I can.”
— Dalai Lama
While we treat SUD alongside other mental and physical health conditions, we also treat mental heath conditions without any addiction concerns.
Because all of our therapists are clinically licensed and seasoned, with 10 – 20 years experience, we are able to provide a high level of professional service which addresses many conditions. These may include common ones such as:
- sleep disorder
- eating disorders
- severe anxiety
- PTSD and depression
- Bipolar Disorder
- controlled personality disorder condition
- behavioral problems
- self-harm syndrome
To some extent, these issues are addressed within our CORE Program, wrapped into the services already provided during treatment. At other times, these conditions require more treatment services than the CORE Program alone can provide. Individual’s specific needs are addressed through our Add-On Services–allowing you to customize the level of required dual diagnosis treatment to be successful.
Our high level of professional treatment is possible because we work as a team: medical doctor, individual therapist, group therapist, case manager, AOD Counselors and acupuncturist all communicate and collaborate extensively concerning each participant’s care, sharing collaboratively about clients’ unique circumstances or struggles.
We do not accept more pronounced conditions into our 30 day program.
We understand that 30 days is just not enough time to treat the needs of people with these kinds of conditions.
Also, the 30-day program does not offer the therapeutic services required for ethical treatment of complex disorders. Most clients presenting with more acute conditions participate in highly customized, longer-term programs sculpted to meet the demands of their unique condition and dual diagnosis treatment. Costs will vary according to need.
