Addressing Physical and Emotional Pain

Humans are complex beings. We each carry our own degree of physical and emotional pain, and often trauma.  In many ways, we are the results of our own unique histories, families, and influences. Transformational Coaching:

You will be asked to challenge your assumptions and fixed ways of thinking; you will be pushed to stretch your mind and make decisions in a new direction. You will be asked to help others along their journey to sobriety and maybe to help create new programming and leadership opportunities that inspires sober living and loving engagement in others. In summary, you will be given the task to rise to your own personal potential, to overcome your stagnant challenges, to support others on their road to sobriety, and to accept leadership roles as you mature. We consider this recovery.
